Below are a selection of questions clients have asked.  If you have a question that is not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Do you have insurance?

Yes.  We have full Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is fully PAT Tested.

 

Will you arrive on time?

Yes.  We will arrive in plenty of time for the start of your event.  Usually we arrive no later than 1 hour before the start to setup the equipment and perform sound and lighting checks.

 

Will you confirm my booking?

Yes.  We will send you written confirmation of your booking.

 

How do I pay?

A small booking fee, made within ten days of the initial booking, will secure your booking on your required date.  Once this fee has been received, we will send you confirmation of the booking.  The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost and the balance is to be paid in cash on the evening before the start of your function.  The booking fee is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
